    Domestic (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: $8.00 (5-7 business days)
    • Express Shipping: $15.00 (2-3 business days)

    International:

    • Calculated at checkout based on destination

    Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Delays Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

    Custom Orders Custom printed items cannot be expedited beyond our standard processing times.

  • Returns & Exchanges: All products are custom-made to order. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Contact us within 7 days of delivery at krysh@ctmerchco.store with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund defective items at no charge.

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selected by customer
    • Approved custom designs
