Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Use our Design Your Own tool to add your own text, images, or artwork to any product. Simply select a product and click the Customize button.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@ctmerchco.store with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.
Customization
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, use high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher).
Will my custom design look exactly like the preview?
We do our best to match the on-screen preview. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.
