Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or we made a production error. Custom-printed items cannot be returned due to design preferences or sizing issues — please review your design carefully before ordering.
How to Return
- Email support@ctmerchco.store with your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Ship the item back in original packaging
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
